Vereda AI started as a performance management platform for engineering teams. After building and operating it, we decided to wind it down and redirect our focus.
Today, Vereda is a small studio — Harrison Reid and Amy Wightman — building a portfolio of AI-native products and consulting with teams who want to apply AI seriously, without the hype.
We work with teams who want to apply AI thoughtfully and practically, focusing on building solutions that solve real business problems.
Our work spans insurance tech (PreLoss.app), real estate (ADU Home Resources), and custom implementations for companies looking to integrate AI thoughtfully into their operations.
How We Work
We work differently than most consultants. Instead of delivering reports or frameworks, we work directly with your team to build real solutions.
Our approach is hands-on — we work alongside your engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ship working software.
We focus on practical applications of AI that solve actual business problems — not the latest trends or buzzworthy technologies. Our approach is guided by what we've learned building our own AI-native products.
The goal is for your team to have both a working solution and the knowledge to continue building similar capabilities independently.
