Any user that has accepted an invitation to an organization is counted as a seat. Deactivated users don't count toward your seat limit.

Yes! You can add the Integration Pack at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.

When your team grows beyond 4 seats, you'll need to upgrade to Pro. On Pro, all seats are billed at $15/seat/month. We'll notify you before any billing changes occur.
